Our Commitment to Child Safety

Resonare is committed to creating a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. The safety and protection of minors is a top priority, and we are dedicated to preventing our platform from being used to harm children.

These Child Safety Standards outline our policies, procedures, and commitment to combating CSAE in accordance with applicable laws and Tech Coalition Child Safety Standards.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Resonare strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

Prohibited Content and Behavior

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct, including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery
  • Grooming: Building relationships with minors to facilitate sexual exploitation or abuse
  • Sextortion: Coercing minors through threats to share intimate images or information
  • Trafficking: Any activity related to the trafficking of children for sexual purposes
  • Sexual solicitation of minors: Requesting sexual content from or attempting to arrange sexual encounters with minors
  • Sexualized content involving minors: Any content that sexualizes or inappropriately depicts minors

Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Response

Resonare takes immediate action upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform:

Our Response Process

  • Immediate Removal: CSAM is removed from our platform immediately upon discovery
  • Account Termination: Accounts associated with CSAM are permanently terminated without warning
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We report instances of apparent CSAM to NCMEC via the CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement investigations
  • Evidence Preservation: We preserve relevant information as required by law to assist investigations
